I received this digital photo frame as a service award from my employer. The instruction manual is very poorly written. I've tried to play my photos from a USB and SD card, but only 2 or 3 pictures will play. All others display a red circle with an X in the center. There is no customer support number in the manual. I've e-mailed the company twice and they will not call or e-mail me with a number to help. My employer may as well have flushed their money down the drain. This is a very expensive paperweight.
